Shipping Delays. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as customs delays for international orders or carrier issues, may cause delays. If your order is delayed significantly, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Lost Packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@bfancyshop.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement. For lost packages, if your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us, and we will assist in tracking the package.
